多摩川音響は撥弦楽器奏者の山田朋秋のソロ活動の場。
ライブやレコーディングでは、他のメンバーも参加することもあるが流動的で、あくまでソロのプロジェクトである。
現代音楽、ジャズ、民族音楽、特にオーネットコールマン、ホセインアリザーデの音楽には影響を受けている。
現在は、異なる音楽、またその演奏者を「融合」させるのではなくそれぞれが「共生」することで、本当の意味での自由な音楽を生み出すべく＜Symbiosis music＞（造語）を掲げ音楽活動を続けている。

今作は弦楽器のブズーキを主にしながらも様々な音をマルチトラックで録音されている。
やはり「音を共生させる」というコンセプトで作られる。
様々な音が同時に鳴っていると、立体音響やポリフォニーなどのキーワードを持ち出したくなるが、様々な音の間には相関関係は想定されておらず、あくまで個の音の共生である。
ブズーキの即興演奏、音色の面白さ、音に広がり、などの面からも楽しめる作品。
ジャケットは木版画作家、東本由佳理によるもの。

The bouzouki which is a stringed instrument,electronic sound , brass instrument, field sound,etc..
After all this album is made with the symbiosis of the sound as a concept.
It is the work which improvisation of the bouzouki, the fun of the tone, a sound can enjoy from the aspects such as expanses.
